This is an urgent and critical update - we sincerely apologize that your order delivery needs to be postponed. We regret to inform you that our container arrival has encountered an unprecedented disruption caused by an eleventh-hour Singapore port omission made unilaterally by our ocean carrier/shipping line.
Our container arrival was originally scheduled to arrive at Singapore Port on 15 September 2026, which was subsequently pushed by the carrier to 18 September 2026, and then to 21 September 2026. This timeline allowed us to propose your original delivery date.
In the early hours of 20 September 2026 Sunday, we were notified of an eleventh-hour decision to completely omit the Port of Singapore. A last-minute port omission of this nature is an extraordinarily rare and shocking freight event, where our container will not be unloaded in Singapore.
- Currently our container ended up discharged at Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
- Our ocean carrier has nominated a connecting vessel scheduled to depart Kaohsiung on 20 October 2026 (estimated) and arrive in Singapore on 26 October 2026 (estimated).
We have formally rejected this entirely unacceptable four-week delay. We are now actively seeking maritime legal advice to challenge the carrier and legally compel them to place our container onto an earlier feeder vessel.
While this situation is entirely outside of our control, we truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging event. As soon as our ocean carrier/shipping line confirms the revised arrival timeline, we will contact you directly to arrange a rescheduled delivery date.

We've received the official notice of delay from the Carrier. We now await their revised ETA plan for our container.

According to the Ocean Carrier, our container is en route to Kaohsiung, Taiwan where the ETA is 23 Sep 2026 Wednesday. It will discharge at Kaohsiung Port and then connect to another Vessel back to Singapore.
We are still waiting for the Ocean Carrier to provide us with the ETA in Singapore. We are informed that vessel connection may take 1 - 2 days and the freight duration from Kaohsiung to Singapore is around 4 days.
