Our Delivery Timing

Monday to Friday: 9 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 2 pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: Off Days

We do not deliver Boltless Rack height above 198cm for residential. The only exception is for ground floor residential unit where there is no need to use the lift - for example, Level 1 of a landed property or Level 1 of a HDB/Condo property.

  • This is because most residential lifts' maximum height is 2200mm
  • Some condominium securities do not allow delivery of items longer than 2200mm
  • Most homes' internal spaces are not suited for maneuvering items longer than 2200mm, else there is increased risk of accidental scratches at walls or furniture which we are unable to take liability for
  • As our delivery teams have subsequent deliveries to fulfil, we are unable to entertain special request to carry long upright frames up the stairs or to wait for the owners/users to carry long components up the stairs by themselves then provide the installation service

 

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery rate is $40 nett (inclusive of GST) and includes a one-way trip to your location. We provide complimentary installation service only for rack purchases. For purchase of rack accessories and components, we deliver with no installation unless they can form a complete rack setup. Installation of existing rack components will incur additional labor charges. Our complimentary installation service:

  • Cannot be separated from the delivery.
  • Is not applicable for purchases of loose accessories only or DIY products. Additional labor charge will apply.
  • Is not to be abused as free labor to relocate/remove existing inventories or storage equipment. Additional labor charge will apply.
  • Cannot be cancelled/exchanged/removed for discount.
  • Only applies to locations with direct lift access. For locations without direct lift access, there is an additional labor charge of $20 nett per floor and per rack, for no more than 2 floors.

We do not deliver to Jurong Island, offshore locations and air/sea vessels, and construction sites that require CSOC/SIC.

 

Free Delivery

We provide free standard delivery for purchases of $150 and above, and with at least 1 rack unit, in a single order made at WWW.SIMWINLIANG.COM.

 

Delivery Only, No Installation

We provide delivery for smaller Rack Products at a low fee of $20 (inclusive GST). This service does not include any installation service.

 

Accessories Delivery

We provide delivery for loose accessories at a low fee of $10 (inclusive GST). This service does not include any installation service.

 

Re-Delivery Fee

In the event our delivery team reached your location and,

  1. You decide to change the size of your order; or
  2. There is no one present to receive the order; or
  3. There is no accessibility to install in your storage space (i.e. no lift access or storeroom not cleared of items); or
  4. The order cannot fit into your storeroom due to placement of wrong order size

We reserve the right to reschedule your delivery or to impose necessary labor charges. A re-delivery fee of $40 nett (inclusive of GST) will be incurred and the re-delivery slot will be subjected to our earliest possible delivery schedule.

If our delivery team assesses that transporting up the staircase is viable, there is an additional labor charge of $20 nett per floor and per rack, for no more than 2 floors. This fee is to be paid in cash immediately to our delivery staff.

 

Delivery Terms

The estimated delivery lead time is reflected in each product page.

Generally, our Light Duty Boltless Racks take 3 - 10 working days to deliver while the Medium and Heavy Duty Pallet Racks take 4 - 6 weeks to manufacture and deliver.

 

Overseas Delivery

We are happy to assist you with overseas partnership or purchase, please kindly contact us. As boltless storage racks are considered bulky items and logistic costs in Singapore are high, we do not ship them overseas in packages. However you are still able to purchase from us and it is strongly recommended that you engage your own forwarding agent to collect from us. This method has proven to be very cost-effective for shipment from Singapore to Southeast Asia (such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand).
