Site Consultation
We offer site visit service, in the event that:
- You lost your floor plan
- Your storage space is of an awkward shape or size
- Your storeroom is located under a set of staircase
- You are unsure on how to take the measurements
Prior to site consultation, we encourage you to browse our website (www.simwinliang.com) to understand our product dimensions and pricing. Our site consultation fee is $30 nett (inclusive GST), is non-refundable and to be paid prior to visit - by Bank Transfer or PayNow UEN only. Upon order confirmation, the fee will be waived and credited into your order invoice.
In the event of a no-show when we arrive at your place, the site consultation fee will be forfeited and you have to re-purchase a site consultation. This is to offset the uneventful transportation cost and time incurred by us. To avoid a no-show, please inform us of any change one (1) day in advance.
Our site consultation is only available between Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. To book a site consultation, please provide us the following details and we will contact you with an available date and time.
