Why does my shelf panel look dirty?
It is highly likely that the "dirt" you see is spangle that arises from galvanized coating.

Can I cancel my order?
For Light Duty Boltless Rack range
Unless it is a customized order, you may cancel your online order at any time prior to the day of delivery, by calling us at 65-62966692 or email us at email@example.com. You will not be able to cancel your online order on the day of delivery, or after delivery. Any cancellation or amendment of online orders on the day of delivery, or after delivery, will incur a delivery penalty of $42.80 (inclusive of GST).
For Medium and Heavy Duty range
You will not be able to cancel your online order once we have emailed or called you to acknowledge the order. Any cancellation or amendment of the online order will incur a penalty of 40% of the affected items' cost (inclusive of GST).

I would like to amend my order (quantity, color and/or size). How do I do that?
We are able to amend your order on a case by case basis, depending on the complexity of the order. Amendments have to be done prior to the day of delivery, by calling us at 65-62966692 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our friendly sales executive will assist you to amend/cancel your order so that you can re-order with the right quantity, color and/or size. Any amendment of orders on the day of delivery, or after delivery, will incur a delivery penalty of $42.80 (inclusive of GST).
We do not perform direct amendments to protect the integrity of our customers' orders.
What online payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
Can I pay by cash or cheque?
We only accept cash or cheque payment if you order with us through phone or during a visit at our office.
