Will galvanized steel rust?
In short, yes but it takes at least 10 years before it may start to rust - under normal usage and conditions. When maintained properly, we have many clients who feedback that our Boltless Racks are still in good condition and rust-free, even after 15 years of usage. Why does my shelf panel look dirty?
It is highly likely that the "dirt" you see is spangle that arises from galvanized coating.

Can I cancel my order?
For Light Duty Boltless Rack range
Unless it is a customized order, you may cancel your online order at no charge, any time prior to the day of delivery, by calling us at 65-62966692 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any amendment or cancellation of orders on the day of delivery will incur a labor and transport penalty of $35 (inclusive of GST).
Any return of order, within 7 days after delivery, will incur a 20% restocking fee per returned item or a minimum restocking fee of $35; whichever is higher (inclusive of GST). This fee is deducted from your refund: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refund Amount.
- Only items in as-new condition can be returned
- Products with damages, wear and tear, or any modification will not be accepted
- The refund will only be processed after collection of the returned item(s) and may take up to 3 working days to process.
We do not entertain any return of order after 7 days from delivery date.
For Medium and Heavy Duty range
You will not be able to cancel your online order once we have emailed or called you to acknowledge the order. Any amendment or cancellation of the order will incur a penalty of 50% of the affected items' cost (inclusive of GST).

I would like to amend my order (quantity, color and/or size). How do I do that?
We are able to amend your order on a case by case basis, depending on the complexity of the order. Amendments have to be done prior to the day of delivery, by calling us at 65-62966692 or email us at email@example.com. Our friendly sales executive will assist you to amend/cancel your order so that you can re-order with the right quantity, color and/or size.
What online payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
Can I pay by cash or cheque?
Due to COVID-19, we only accept cash or cheque payment if you order with us during a visit at our office.
