Exchange, Cancel or Return an Order

Boltless Storage Rack

You may cancel your online order at any time before the day of delivery, by calling us at 65-62966692 or email us at sales@simwinliang.com. Any amendment or cancellation of orders on or after the day of delivery will incur a delivery charge of $40 (inclusive of GST).

You may exchange or return an order within 7 days after delivery. A exchanged or returned order will incur a 20% restocking fee per item or a minimum restocking fee of $40; whichever is higher (inclusive of GST). This fee is deducted from your refund: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refund Amount.

  • Only items in as-new condition can be returned
  • Products with damages, wear and tear, or any modification will not be accepted
  • The refund will only be processed after collection of the returned item(s) and may take up to 3 working days to process.

We do not entertain any exchange or return of order after 7 days from delivery date.

We seek your understanding that delivery (vehicle and fuel) and labor costs are hard cost we incur while providing our services to you; which is why a restocking fee is incurred for exchanged or returned items.

Medium and Heavy Duty Rack

As these items are made-to-order, you will not be able to cancel your online order once we have emailed or called you to acknowledge the order confirmation. Any amendment or cancellation beyond the order confirmation will incur a penalty of 50% of the affected items' cost (inclusive of GST).

 

Customized Order

Customized orders, such as height customization, cannot be cancelled beyond order confirmation.

 

Warranty

We provide 1-year warranty against manufacturing defect and will provide a 1 to 1 exchange. Simply bring the defective component(s) to our office @ 15 Little Road #01-01, Singapore 536988, for the exchange.

We do not provide exchange or warranty against aesthetics. This is because METALSISTEM Boltless Storage Rack series is an industrial product where hot-dip galvanization (Sendzimir Z100 finish) and cold roll forming does not provide guarantee on aesthetics consistency.

If you request for us to deliver/pick up the item(s) involved in exchange, a delivery charge of $40 (inclusive of GST) per item applies.

The warranty does not apply to products that are found by Sim Win Liang to be damaged, dirtied or abused due to customer's misuse and negligence. The warranty does not cover labor and/or transportation charges that may be involved.
