The Heavy Duty Pallet Rack system is a robust warehouse racking system that is designed to take between 1 to 3 tonnes of uniformly distributed loading capacity, per tier. It is constantly in strong demand by warehousing facilities that require palletized storage and handling. It allows immediate access to stored pallets without the worry of load crushing.

Here are some setups that our Heavy Duty Pallet Racking system can be adopted as:

Selective The most common method where pallets are stored directly on the loading (box) beams. Coupled with plywood decking and center support bars, you are also able to store loose goods on every tier.
Drive-In Recommended for warehouses that require high storage density and standard pallet/good sizes. This method allows the forklift to drive into the rows of rack bay to store pallets/goods in a first-in first-out (FILO) manner.
Double Deep This method consists of two or four back-to-back rows, granting double entry to the setup, and is designed to store two or four pallets deep in a first-in first-out (FILO) manner.
Twin-Bay By connecting two rows together using a single upright frame and an extension frame, the Twin-bay method saves you up to a quarter of the cost while doubling your storage capacity. An ideal solution for moderately heavy loose goods.
Cantilever The most common system for storing long bulky items efficiently across the height of your warehouse space. At the end of every arm, there is a stopper to ensure safe storage so that your items will not roll or fall over.
